As reported by the Councillor, in view of the doubts raised on the occasion of the entry into force of Royal Decree-Law 20/2011 on urgent measures in budget, tax and financial deficit correction and subsequent interpretation by the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces, in relation to working hours to be applied in local government, from the Department have made ​​the appropriate inquiries to clarify the application criteria.
Such consultations, added Suanzes, have led to different interpretations without reaching a definitive conclusion or to a unanimous, so that the City has adopted a cautious stance, standing by waiting for what will definitely remember for applying to municipalities, with regard to working hours of their employees.
