On Sunday, January 15, will leave at twelve o'clock, from the port of Cartagena, the March for Integration, organized by Fundación Repsol, in conjunction with the City of Cartagena.
It is a popular place under the motto Participate and Reforesta, aims to promote the full integration of persons with disabilities and awareness of the importance of equality of opportunity and the values ​​of sport, contributing to the recovery and conservation the environment, and promote a sustainable development model.
The march will travel 4.5 miles.
Will start and finish about 13 hours on the Paseo del Muelle, after completing a street circuit through the main streets of the Old Quarter of the city.
Participation is free and open to as many people want to join.
There is no age limit.
Only the top 1,000 participants, set by the organization.
Those interested may sign up later than 11.30 hours on Sunday or through the website www.fundacionrepsol.com .
There is also opportunity to participate in organizing the march as a volunteer.
At the conclusion of the march participants will receive a bag of supplies and prizes will be awarded in a ceremony attended by the aldermen of Public Safety, Mariano García Asensio, A Social intention, Antonio Calderon, and the Environment, Palazón Carolina.
Initiatives like this have already been held by the Repsol Foundation in Puerto Llano, Tres Cantos and Tarragona, while others planned later in Coruña and Bilbao.
