From now until January 11th and the 11th of February, public information will remain subject to City Ordinance on administrative simplification in implementation of activities in the municipality of Cartagena, a period in which interested persons may examine the document and make allegations and suggestions they consider relevant.
The ordinance, which was initially approved last December 29 for the full agreement of the municipal corporation, shall be deemed finally approved in the case of failure to submit complaints or suggestions in the above deadline.
Remember that the most immediate effect of this ordinance shall be more than 70 percent of operating licenses that currently handles the City may be granted by prior notice, within ten days.
It also introduces the requirement that all documentation is submitted in electronic format and also changes, except in special procedures, public information within that 20 day passes to 10, further speeding up the process.
