Local Development Agency (ALDE) has completed the 16 career guidance workshops have been conducted this year.
In total 174 have been unemployed for courses focused on active job search.
The aim of all workshops was to improve the tools in the job search: the resume, cover letter and the importance of proper personal image in the job interview.
The courses are as follows:
Active job search (BAE). It has been directed to 96 users on the techniques and skills to complete the process of integration in the labor market.
Through theoretical and practical methodology users became aware of their career goal and have learned to your job search plan, to organize and gain confidence and self-confidence.
The workshop Development of personal aspects for occupation (DAPO) signed up 30 women.
This course was focused on social skills such as assertiveness and resilience.
The bid also ADLE interview workshops. There 48 users learned to increase their chances of success in a recruitment interview, so important today, and where the number of candidates presented to a job is quite high.
