More than one hundred artists exhibit in archaea by the Multiple Sclerosis Day (16/12/2011)

The Municipal Institute of Social Services, the National Museum of Underwater Archaeology (archaea) and the Multiple Sclerosis Association of Cartagena and the Region have organized several activities to mark the National Day of Multiple Sclerosis, December 18.

The councilman of Social Care, Antonio Calderon, director of ARQUA, Xavier Nieto, and the president of the Multiple Sclerosis Association and District Cartagena, Pedro Sanchez this morning presented the program of events.

The National Museum of Underwater Archaeology (arched) will host the exhibition The sea always tells the truth until 21 January.

Over one hundred artists in the region have given their works, which will go to benefit the association of sclerosis.

Some of the artists who participated in the exosición are Charris Angel Mateo Perez Casanova, Javier Lorente and Carter, among others.

In addition, this afternoon beginning at 20 hours will be held in the Auditorium of the museum a series of lectures with the aim of raising awareness of this disease that affects 50,000 people in Spain and over 2,500,000 worldwide.
