The consortium has created the Family Club card with which all members of the family unit may have free access to museums and interpretive centers, and other benefits such as reduced fares for companions
Make family activities and access to our cultural heritage is not only close, but, from now, is fully supported by the Family Club Card, an initiative of Cartagena Port of Cultures which costs 60 euros per year and allows all members of the household free to visit the museums and tourist interpretation.
The Roman Theatre, the Punic Wall, House of Fortune, the Augusteum, the Decumano, the Castillo de la Concepción, Fort Refuge Christmas or Civil War Museum and the panoramic elevator, eight museum spaces to visit with all family, as many times as they wish, for a full year.
Councillor for Tourism, Palazón Carolina, the manager of the Port of Cultures, Agustina Martinez, director of the Museum and the Teatro Romano, Elena Ruiz Valderas, today presented this card also includes many other benefits such as reduced transport rates tourist boat and bus, information and special rates for events, activities and workshops held during the year, discounts in stores Cartagena Port of Cultures, and reduced application fee for accompanying the holders of the card, special invitations to visit the Roman neighborhood when it opens windlass, or reduced tickets for accompanying family users of this card.
Also, remember Palazón Carolina also provides free access to all workshops that are currently being developed in museums, which already pays for the cost card, such as those that are taking place at the Refuge Civil War Museum The Small Spies, Morse Code, and the paper airplanes and boats.
In the Roman Theatre Museum, the workshops also return at Christmas, such as building the city of Rome, is precisely aimed at teaching families how are these cities, with a model of memory and visit the monument included.
