"The role of government in the future development of food industry and business diversification and innovation in the food industry 'roundtable will focus the first Agribusiness Forum in the Region of Murcia (FOAGRO), to be held on Wednesday, 14 December at the Hotel Nelva, Murcia.
The event will be attended by the Minister of Universities, Business and Research, José Ballesta, the Vice Chancellor for Research, José Antonio Franco, the director of the School of Agricultural Engineering, Alejandro Pérez Pastor.
FOAGRO is formed by the School of Agricultural Engineering of the Polytechnic University of Cartagena and the Professional Associations of Agricultural Engineers and Agricultural Engineering of the Region of Murcia.
One of the priority objectives is to highlight the need FOAGRO the food industry in the economy and society in the region of Murcia and the professionals who manage them.
The mission is to organize and consolidate FOAGRO forums of interest, "where they are permanently integrated all the agents involved in the production process, such as technicians and researchers, among others."
