The application of the principles of Newtonian physics to the investigation and reconstruction of traffic accidents, is the basis of IV level course that is taught today Thursday at the School of Public Safety of the City of Cartagena (ESPAC), aimed at officers of the City of Cartagena.

The training is included in the Schedule of Training and Research in Traffic Accidents, School designed by local police in the region of Murcia, in collaboration with the ESPAC.
Traditionally, the level of specialization IV has only been taught at technical colleges or through courses Masters Diploma, as in the case of Catalonia, Valencia and Madrid, or by private centers specializing in this type of research located primarily in Ávila Zaragoza.
