The City of Cartagena and Mediterranean IES held on Friday November 18 International Day of the Rights of the Child, raising awareness in the center all morning.

Commemoration Day of the rights of children begin to ten in the morning with a visit to the stands themselves IES students and teachers in the Mediterranean i nstall the center hall.

At 10.10 hours is scheduled to open the day with a presentation by the Councillor for Social Care, Antonio Calderón, accompanied by the Director of IES Mediterranean, Inés María Iglesias Martinez.

Then it will read the 10 Principles of the Declaration of the Rights of the Child, where the councilors of Education will intervene, Josefa Maroto and Social Care, Antonio Calderón and children first center of ESO.

The events will continue with the 'pen solidarity', a symbolic delivery of school supplies collected in the campaign 'solidarity-to-two' to the NGO SED (Solidarity, Education and Development).

Finally, the acts will end with the assembly of a large puzzle that combines the fundamental principles of the Declaration of the Rights of the Child.
