On Monday November 14th English Course begins Customer Service Professional of Commerce, organized by the Agency of Local Development and Employment (ADLE).
Councilman Employment, Diego Ortega will attend the opening of the course at 9.00 hours to welcome the twelve students who will perform the training.
The twelve selected students had to pass a practical test consisting of a simulated business in English, with the aim of assessing the level of language they depart.
The course, aimed at both unemployed people as active workers, has a workload of 20 hours, which will be held in the morning from 9:00 to 14:00.
Receive training in English for customer service in shops, delving into issues such as communication with the client in person, by phone, email and the ability to adapt business signage.
With this training, the Agency of Local Development and Employment aims to improve the level of skills and job placement opportunities for alumni / ae who will attend this training.
