The ADE (Approach to Sport Elite) organized by the Department of Sports City of Cartagena, met Thursday to more than 60 college students Hispania monitors with athletes and Athletics Clubs UCAM Cartagena Elcano and the Municipal Tennis Athletics, probe latter techniques showed some disciplines of the sport.
The day began with a tour of the facilities and municipal offices of the track, and then, young people were able to practice various forms of athletics, such as jumping hurdles, shot put, sprints, long jump and running.
Club president, Alfredo Castillo, and the vice president, Toni Lopez, accompanied by the athletes and monitors, Javier Ferrer and Cristina, were commissioned to show young people the various skills and the health benefits of this sport.
The visit concluded with the exchange of commemorative details of this meeting.
The ADE program is organized by the Department of Sports and has the support of the Directorate General of Sports of the Autonomous Region of Murcia, the Association of Graduates in Physical Education and Sport of the Region of Murcia and the Sports Club for All Cartagena.
