The Municipal Institute of Social Services City of Cartagena in collaboration with the Senior Club of Los Dolores, has organized the Fourth Week Culture l, l to be developed in 7 to 11 November.

The program of events includes various leisure and cultural activities to promote coexistence between neighbors ranging from a tribute to the most senior partner, to championship games, talks and tours of the city.

The schedule is as follows:
