The Municipal Institute of Social Services has organized a workshop aimed at Carthage Meet the greatest of our municipality, which will be held October 28
and November 4.
The first to participate in this activity, tomorrow, Friday October 28th will be the largest in the Day Centre Algar, the Virgen del Mar Residence Club and Station Sector, who will visit the Municipal Archaeological Museum which exhibits the sample Asdrubalis ARX with the findings of the windlass.
On Friday November 4th will be held the same workshop where among others the greater part of the Neighborhood Club San Ginés and students of the Arts workshop taking place in the building of the Miraculous, headquarters of the Department of Social Services.
This workshop allows us to know what life is like in a city of ancient Rome, its foundation, buildings, customs and activities, through virtual recreations of imperial Carthage, made from the interpretation of archaeological evidence and stories of authors old.
The biggest find this part of the history of the city through theoretical explanations, a removable model of a Roman city, and an audiovisual video Carthago Nova.
To complete the workshop must perform a series of activity sheets to be measured in the knowledge they have acquired.
