The Municipal Institute of Social Services City of Cartagena in collaboration with the Senior Club of the Virgin of Charity Neighborhood has organized Cultural Week III Slum Lady of Charity, during days 24 to 28 October.
The program of events includes activities such as exhibitions, bocce tournaments, games, theater, musical performances, lectures and cultural visits around the city.
