The Mayor, Pilar Barreiro, the Town Planning, Environment and Heritage, Joaquin Segado, and Young SL Cartagena makers, among whom was the president, Miguel Martinez, visited the 192 flats in two blocks of homes Finca built in Buenos Aires Marfagones Mill.
