The Agency for Local Development and Employment of the City of Cartagena, organizes the fourth edition of Barrios-ADLE program.
This time the program moves to two neighborhoods in Cartagena: Pearl district and pains, for which it has the support of their neighborhood associations.
Activities will begin on October 24 in the Pearl District l ye 31th in Los Dolores.
Councilman Employment, Diego Ortega, recalled that the purpose of the project is to sensitize, orient and train the unemployed to improve their access to employment.
Depending on the needs identified specific workshops will be developed to facilitate urban maintenance insertion into the labor market in which participants are entitled to a daily fellowship.
BARRIOS-ADLE is a pilot project consisting of two distinct parts: the first, the orientation phase, there is initially a two-hour group chat with up to 30 people, which will result in further action orientation, smaller groups, to improve your access to the labor market.
In the second part of the program, training phase, we selected eight people from each district to participate in an occupational workshop, woodcocks with six euros / day, which devoted its practice to perform some maintenance work in the urban neighborhood.
Specific These workshops will last two months.
To participate in BARRIOS-ADLE be an essential requirement to be registered in the district and be unemployed.
