The Agency for Local Development and Employment (ALDE) Cartagena City Council has renewed its certification of quality, conforming to ISO 9001:2008, for the fourth consecutive year.
The ALDE received quality certification in December 2008, being the first municipal activities to achieve this recognition.
As noted by the Councillor for Employment, Diego Ortega, this certificate attests that the procedures followed in the ADLE are adequate and ensure that the Agency intends to serve the public as best as possible.
The registration and tracking of ISO 9001 is a commitment to achieve the highest level and total quality management in the proceedings of the ALDE directed to vocational guidance, employment and vocational training, management of training activities, support the creation and consolidation of companies and employment agency, in order to promote labor market and promote the progressive development of the economy in local society.
Certificate renewal is a continuous service improvement and customer satisfaction and employees.
