The hall of degrees of the Faculty of Sciences of the Company receives on Tuesday, 18 October 1 Conference on Women Entrepreneurs in Technology Sectors, held from 9.00 to 13.45 hours and aims to present the current state of entrepreneurial activities that chose to create his own company in the field of new technologies, with testimonials about their experience.
At the opening, which will be about 9.15 hours, is scheduled to attend the Mayor, Pilar Barreiro, the Rector of the UPCT, Felix Faure, President of Murcia Organization of Women Entrepreneurs and Professionals, José María Rodero Paterna, and President of the Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Cartagena and its region, Manuela Marin Gomez.
Day program also has a coaching workshop in creativity and innovation to the attendees.
The objective of this initiative is, once again, diffuse and stimulate entrepreneurship among women, promoting entrepreneurial culture, addressing the current situation of women entrepreneurs with particular emphasis on new markets and technology sectors and implement communication strategies through ICTs (Information and Communication) in new business ventures.
Funded by the Ministry of Labour and Immigration, the Conference was organized by the Polytechnic University of Cartagena and the Young Entrepreneurs Bancaja, with the collaboration of the ADLE, CEEIC and others.
This event is free and gives recognition to 0.5 free credits for the college student.
