The continuous contact maintained by the Agency of Local Development and Employment of the City of Cartagena (ALDE) to the various companies located in the municipality by the business community program is facilitating the employment of persons involved in various courses and workshops it organizes.
As explained by the Councillor for Employment, Diego Ortega, this initiative is enabling the realization of hiring practices and some of the students at the end of them.
Ortega has stated that this has been, for example, the case of job shop term care, geriatric care course or workshop school, the hostel has been an insertion of about 10 percent, or course of first aid and basic life support, where the insertion has been at 43.5 percent of students who applied for the implementation of these practices.
The ALDE, through the business community program, continues to make visits to companies in the municipality, in order to know the reality of the business, opportunities, weaknesses and needs.
