Organized by Bancaja UPCT and with the collaboration of the ADLE and European Business and Innovation Cartagena (CEEIC) and funded by the Ministry of Labour and Immigration, will be held on October 18 at the Faculty of Science company
On 18 October 9:00 to 13:45 hours will be held the Conference on Women Entrepreneurs in Technology Sector to be held in the Hall of Science Degree from the Faculty of Business of the Polytechnic University of Cartagena (old building CIM).
The Workshop is organized by the Polytechnic University of Cartagena (UPCT) and Bancaja Young Entrepreneurs with the collaboration of the Agency of Local Development and Employment (ALDE) of the City of Cartagena, European Business and Innovation Cartagena (CEEIC) and others, and funded by the Ministry of Labour and Immigration.
The opening of the conference will be at 9.15 hours by the Mayor of Cartagena, Pilar Barreiro, the Rector of the Polytechnic University of Cartagena, Felix Faure, President of Murcia Organization of Women Entrepreneurs and Professionals, José María Rodero Paterna and President of the Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Cartagena and its region, Manuela Marín Gómez.
The objectives of the seminar are:
1.
Disseminate and encourage entrepreneurship among women.
Promote a culture of entrepreneurship.
2.
Demonstrate the ability of women in developing business in the technology sector, and its initiative to gamble and go to new markets full of opportunities.
3.
Addressing the current situation of women entrepreneurs with special emphasis on new markets and technology sectors.
4.
Encourage the development of basic skills in entrepreneurship, innovation and creativity.
Through a workshop with the active participation of attendees.
5.
Implementing communication strategies through ICT in new business ventures.
In the development of it will know the current situation of women in the technology, and enterprise policies for women, and women will experience entrepreneurs who chose to create his own company in the field of new technologies.
The program also has a coaching workshop in creativity and innovation to the participants, conducted by the School of Coaching in the Region of Murcia (ECOREM).

Registration for the seminar is free with the recognition of 0.5 elective credits for the college student.
