Local Development Agency and Employment organized by the scheduler chooses a number of courses and workshops for vocational and professional guidance to users who live in different neighborhoods of Cartagena.
The objective of this initiative is to bring the guidance and training to all citizens residing in urban and county councils, offering training activities to all neighborhood associations in the region of Cartagena, who will be involved to engage the largest number of people and decentralizing the supply side of the ALDE activities.
The contents of these courses and workshops aim to help improve skills and acquire the skills required to meet both an adequate method of study and prevention of school failure, such as knowledge of appropriate strategies for job search, recruitment procedures most used and anxiety control.
Over the coming months, the range of courses and workshops is as follows:
Development of personal aspects for Job Search.
Application of ICT for active job search.
Intellectual processes.
Recruitment interviews and psychometric tests.
Communication Skills and Techniques.
Each of these courses is 10 teaching hours, to develop them, it is essential that the neighborhood associations, at which the Councillor for Employment, Diego Ortega, encouraged to participate, have a proper classroom for about 15 people approximately.
