The mayor of Cartagena, Pilar Barreiro, has issued the usual side traffic control and parking, especially in the downtown and surrounding the Stadium and the camp Cartagonova festive occasion of the celebration of the Carthaginians and parties Romans.
Throughout the holiday period from Friday 16 to Sunday 25 September, will be cut off road traffic to the bridge Cartagonova Municipal Stadium from both Alameda de San Antón and from the Barrio de la Concepcion from 16.00 hours until 04.00 hours the following day in the morning.
Also, because of the acts take place in the forecourt of the port from 16 to 23 days of September, will cut traffic on the Paseo de Alfonso XII, during their development.
In addition, circulation and parking will be prohibited from 15.00 hours noon to the end of the parades in the following streets and squares, the days indicated:
On Friday 16, Thursday 22 and Friday, September 23, Paseo de Alfonso XII, Plaza of Spain, Alameda de San Antón (west side) and Soldier Rosique to camp.
On Friday 23, the ban will extend to the Plaza de la Isla and the Cuesta del Batel.
On Saturday September 24th when the Grand Parade will take place General of troops and legions, the restriction will be from 10.00 hours in the morning due to the installation of chairs and stands, in the streets: Doctor Pérez Espejo, Sparta, Paseo Alfonso XIII, Spain Square, Alameda de San Antón (west side) and Soldier Rosique to camp.
The side also recalls that the Festive Camp, located in the northern Municipal Stadium will be restricted to traffic, access it by foot pedestrian bridge and the Cartagonova Municipal Stadium from the parking areas are enabled and following:
- Location of the former Camp Festive .- Parking Eroski shopping center underground public parking .- Alameda de San Antón, the latter charge.
At the same time is recommended to go to camp in the vicinity of public transport, which will add a temporary taxi stand at the Municipal Stadium's south with access from the street Rosique Soldier, and recalled the existence of the taxi Eroski Mall.
Finally, consider evacuation routes, and therefore no parking is allowed in them for the duration of the holidays, the following:
- The area around the Municipal Stadium Cartagonova .- The road adjacent to Camp Festive .- .- Canton Avenue Bridge Cartagonova Municipal Stadium.
