UPyD Cartagena municipal authorities disagree as to whether these releases are an "unfortunate coincidence" and that all accidents are actually a plethora of factors or root causes that lead to unexpected and dangerous event for the neighborhood.
Although the works are carried out by external companies, it is the responsibility of Councillor for Citizen Security, Mariano Garcia, calling for an immediate investigation of what happened and establish accountability and preventive actions to prevent these accidents from happening again repeatedly.
From UPyD, we question the council's ability to perform its task, it is not able to manage policies that ensure that maneuvers such as channeling Procedures services, can be performed safely in the municipality.
