During the month of August, the historic beauty of our city offers tourists, visitors and Cartagena who want to discover the secrets of the most emblematic buildings and streets of the city and also perform a supportive aid to the city ​​of Lorca.
Routes through the old solidarity, an activity organized by the Girl Guides Association of Cartagena (AGCT) in collaboration with the Department of Tourism, has completed in July and now continues to offer every Monday of August.
The trail starts at 19.00 hours every Monday from the tourist office in the Plaza Bastarreche.
For an hour and a half visitors are led by volunteers and professionals who have joined in solidarity with this initiative, to discover the historic old city, including landmarks like the Palace Hall, or the sites of the street Honda, and Molinet archetypal archaeological p e.
The price of the activity is a voluntary donation that participants carried out after the visit and that is entirely assigned to the Bureau of Lorca solidarity to support the rebuilding of the city of the Sun after the earthquake of May 11.
The complete route from Plaza Bastarreche and continues along Calle San Diego to the Plaza de la Merced, reubatizada between Cartagena and Plaza del Lago, Serreta street, visiting the Church of Charity, pausing in the Plaza San Francisco, street Mayor and ending the tour at the Town Hall Square before the Palace Hall.
