The Councillor for Sports, Jose Cabezas, president of FC Cartagena, José Gómez Meseguer, and the sporting director of the Football Federation of Murcia, Jesus Rosagro, presented this morning the details of Pagan Gines IV Memorial football traditional tribute to one of the biggest sponsors of sport in Cartagena, and football in particular.
The sporting event will take place on Saturday 13 August, from 18.00 pm to 21.00 hours in the premises of the Sports City Gómez Meseguer, in the industrial Cabezo Beaza.
This year will host a triangular pattern match will bring together three teams of third division football champions in our base: The Cartagena FC, UD and EF Minera Esperanza.
A presentation at the Palace Hall, also attended by the presidents of those clubs as well as relatives of the honoree Ginés Pagán, José Antonio Pagán his brother and nephew Angeles Navarro Pagan, who wanted to thank on behalf of the whole family displays of affection and continued for the fourth year of this event.
Jose Cabezas dedicated word of thanks to those present and stressed that the event this year will show especially the quality teams that currently attract the grassroots and secure the assistance of many fans.
