El Museo del Teatro Romano de Cartagena extended its opening days in the month of August, opening on Monday 8th from 10.00 to 14.00 hours and on the bridge of the Our ​​Lady of the Assumption, the 15th day of 10.00 to 20.00 hours.

Thus, the recovery project conducted by the architect Rafael Moneo, is a journey through time and route from the sea at high levels culminating with the unexpected visit of the imposing appearance of the Theatre bleachers.
The tour lasts approximately 60 minutes and can be done for free, as the museum offers visitors a wealth of resources (panels, video, models, interactive?) That allow the understanding of all parts and components exposed.

ROMAN THEATRE TOUR
After passing the doors of the museum, visitors will find the corridor of history.
It explains the evolution of the solar urban theater from century to century BC, illustrates a selection of artifacts recovered during the excavation as graphic and audiovisual documentation.
The corridor leads directly to a large room of seven feet, which serves as a unique framework for the presentation of the elements that shape the monumental architecture of the Teatro de Cartagena.
