The company Iberdrola has announced that from September, will start in Cartagena massive implementation project accounting and intelligent networks, later extended to municipalities throughout the Mar Menor and Murcia, such as exposed Company officials this morning Councillor for Infrastructure, Francisco Espejo.

This action will be completed during 2012 with the total renovation of the metering equipment of the municipality to reach the 127,000 delivery points.
In addition, the project also includes the appropriateness of some 500 processing centers to which they will incorporate cutting-edge electronic equipment.
Once the deployment in Cartagena, in a second phase, the Company will install 93,500 new electronic meters in the municipalities of San Javier, San Pedro del Pinatar, Los Alcazares and La Union.
