Rhea Guidance The Agency of Local Development and Employment (ALDE) of the City of Cartagena has launched ince last July 20 and until March 31, 2012, the special Guidance and Training for Employment Self-employment (OPEA).
This program offers personalized attention to some 1,000 people unemployed, which will aim to seek work and to promote self-employment initiatives on their own.
Specifically made ​​individualized tutoring, counseling sessions in response to each person's personal projects, activities and work motivation. In addition, individual activities will be supplemented by group sessions and workshops on development of initiatives, groups of job search workshops interviews and general information about the working world.
This program has been funded by the Employment and Training Service of the Autonomous Region of Murcia, with the contribution of 153,545 euros.
