The Department of the City of Cartagena Decentralization has conducted a series of works to improve infrastructure in the Urrutias within the Investment Plan 2010/11.
The works, as reported by the council District 7, Juan Jose Martinez, consisted, first, the installation of street lights in several streets of the town, a total of 19 points of light mounted on lampposts 7 and 8 meters, which have been distributed in the Avenida Virgen del Mar (13 points of light), Calle Los Rosales (1) and Calle Puerto de Bermeo (1).
In addition, it also made ​​the paving of the Avenida Virgen del Mar in the section between the street and the street of Cienfuegos Descanso, including the renewal of road signs, both horizontally and vertically.
The amount of actions amounted to 80,000 euros.
