Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in Spain, Masood Khalili, was received yesterday by the deputy mayor, Joaquín Segado a formal visit of character, in which the ambassador had the opportunity to visit the Palace Hall and sign the Golden Book of the city.
Khalili, who is an ambassador of Afghanistan in Spain since 2010, in Cartagena to close the summer course at the Polytechnic University of Cartagena on Intelligence and Security Services International, which has developed between 18 and 20 July in the auditorium of the Faculty of Business Science in the CIM.
The course, led by Professor Jose San Martin, has addressed the analysis of the Western intelligence services of both a classic in the field as Israel and the United States and Spain for reasons of proximity, or Chile and Colombia as emerging powers in Intelligence.
