Due to the summer's Traffic Safety Campaign, organized by the Ministry of Interior through the General Directorate of Traffic, Local Police has conducted a total of 1,031 tests in alcohol preventive checks on roads in the municipality, of which only 4 have tested positive.
The tests were conducted on 11 and enter July 17 and four have tested positive in two of them reached a rate of 0.25 milligrams per liter of air intake, while the other two exceeded the rate of 0 , 60 milligrams, which is a crime under the Penal Code.
Remember that this campaign of the DGT, is part of the special traffic operation in connection with the movements that occur because of the summer, and the participating municipalities, such as Cartagena, in addition to this initiative by installing their own controls.
