Senior Clubs in the municipality, in collaboration with the Municipal Social Services City of Cartagena, have raised $ 10,000 to be allocated to repair the damage caused by the earthquake in Lorca.
To do this, these clubs have been entering amounts in various accounts that are enabled on this occasion, but especially they have in the account for the reconstruction of the nursing homes of Lorca.
In addition, some clubs have conducted various activities such as family raffles, dances, markets, theater performances, etc.. To raise funds, while others have made their solidarity contribution from its own funds.
The associations have participated in this initiative are: Federation of Associations of over Cartagena, Slum Latin America, Marfagones Molinos, La Aljorra, Los Dolores, Isla Plana, Our Lady of Charity, Sector Station, Urb Mediterranean Torreciega, La Puebla , La Palma, Barrio Peral, La Aparecida., Pozo Estrecho, Los Belones, Urbanization Santiago, El Algar La Manga, Santa Lucia, Los Nietos, Alum, Vista Alegre, El Llano, Isla Plana, Los barriers, Albujón, Polygon Santa Ana, Los Mateos, Barrio de la Concepción, Miranda, San Jose Obrero, José María La Porte and St. Anton.
