The secretary general of the Ministry of Universities, Business and Research, Antonio Navarro, opened today in Cartagena the course 'structure for large spans.

Mobility, modularity and pliability 'at the Polytechnic University of Cartagena (UPCT), organized by Emilio Pérez Piñero Foundation in collaboration with the UPCT.

Navarro said "the support from the Ministry was provided from day to organize the course" and said that "the aim is for students to complete their training in science and technology."
