The Swimming Federation of Murcia and the Multiple Sclerosis Association of Cartagena and Shire (EMACC) have joined in the second edition of Crossing Solidarity 'Get wet for Multiple Sclerosis' to be held on Sunday July 10 Playa Paraiso del Mar Menor.
Participants will be divided into categories A total de18, 9 male and 9 female set, and will travel up to 1,500 meters to swim in waters of the Mar Menor.
The campaign 'Get wet for Multiple Sclerosis' is an action of social awareness and solidarity with the more than 50,000 people with multiple sclerosis in Spain.
The registration fee for this second crossing is set to 12 euros per participant, and from there will capture the funds to be allocated to improving the quality of life of people affected by this disease, and to support research for Multiple Sclerosis in our country.
CATEGORIES AND PRIZES
The output for the categories of children will be at 10.30 hours and will travel 600 meters in a linear distance from the edge of the beach.
For all other categories, the output will be at 11.30 hours and will travel 1,500 meters in a circuit parallel four buoys along the beach.
All participants must be present in the starting area 30 minutes before the start of the test.
The test is scoring for the Regional Tour of crossings and must provide trophies for the top 3 sorted by category.
It is also giving away a t-shirt for participating in the test to all swimmers participating.
GIANT PAELLA SOLIDARITY
After the voyage and the awards ceremony on the morning of solidarity will continue a giant paella for which you can register at the price of 6 euros per person, including a plate of paella, a glass of sangria and a stake in the draw a gift for attendees.
