The area of ​​Career Guidance and Vocational Development Agency and Local Employment has served in the first half of the years 8518 users, thus highlighting the ADLE effort to develop along all these months, performances aimed at facilitating the employment of the unemployed Cartagena and professional improvement of active workers.
Among the actions included in the target area include the following:
Guidance Counseling: It has developed both professional and academic counseling individually and in groups, based on a total of 933 users.
Classroom Program Sets: Training Courses aimed at both unemployed and employed workers.
20 courses have been conducted on 397 users who participated.
Mobile Classroom Program: DECIDES: The objective is to conduct orientation sessions in secondary schools, aimed at students of ESO and university and training, and has had 14 modules in which enrolled a total of 6,000 students from different schools in Cartagena.
Also within the Mobile Classroom, the program has developed various initiatives CHOOSE oriented neighborhood associations, which have involved 12 users.
The program INFORMADLE as a novelty this year, aims to provide information of different resources at the training, guidance, business and employment available to the ADLE, led to various associations, schools, universities, etc..
105 users have participated.
SIOC: Program in partnership with SIOC public universities in the region, in which college students can do internships in the ADLE for a maximum of four months to receive a scholarship.
It has received 5 users who have done internships in the offices of the ALDE.
Vocational guidance program for employment and self employment OPEA: Has the objective of active support for the insertion of unemployed in the District of Cartagena, through individualized tutoring.
This program is geared to 914 unemployed.
ELIO Program: The opening of a free computer and internet, where 14 computers have been serving the unemployed in the facilities of the ADLE, every Thursday from 9 to 14 hours of the morning to search for employment, assisted throughout by guiding the Agency.
It has been meeting throughout the first half to a total of 152 users.
All these programs have continued in the second half of this year.
