The Federation of Carnival Cartagena, in collaboration with the Department of Celebration, has summoned the official competition poster for the election of these parties, declared of regional tourist interest, for the year 2012.
Participation in this contest as many artists wish, regardless of their residence.
Each participant may submit up to three original works.
The theme is free choice and interpretation of the author and should pick up the carnival spirit as well as a noticeable element of the City of Cartagena.
The poster was held vertically with the following measure: 65 x 45 cm.
including margins if necessary.
The work must be unpublished, are presented in rigid and in full color on any technique except photography.
Be awarded a single prize of 1,000 euros, which may be declared void, if the jury, the works presented did not meet the required quality.
The work was presented at the Graduate School, C /. Gisbert, 4 -1 to plant.

The deadline for entries is at 13:30 am on October 28, 2011.
Once the deadline for presentation, posters will be displayed for 8 days at the place determined by the Federation of Carnival, a place that will be announced through the local and regional media.
This term will be issued the verdict of the jury, composed of representatives of the City of Cartagena and the Federation of Carnival.
