The program business community, led by Rhea Enterprise and Employment of the ADLE, has completed its third phase with a total of 1,195 companies visited, which reports on the Agency's training programs and access to the Job Portal and with those close relationships to promote conventions and practices.
In total more than 100 students from the courses of the ADLE have benefited from placements in enterprises through this initiative.
Of all the companies visited, 265 are located in various industrial estates, and the most representative are those within the services.
30% Hotel and Restaurant (Restaurants, Hotels, Camping), 20% of Tourism Activities (Companies Tour Guides, Events), 20% Trade (Franchises, Clothing Stores), 20% Miscellaneous services (messaging, Technical Services miscellaneous Marketers , Health) and 10% Industry (Industrial Maintenance and Navy).
In this third and last phase, carried out between the months of March to May, been visited 197 companies, including start-ups of the municipality, and as a result of the visits have generated a total of 81 jobs advertised on time in the Portal for Enterprise and Employment of the City of Cartagena.
The goal is to offer companies an intermediation service, providing the necessary profiles to develop their activity, training for the employer and the employees, welcoming and advising trainees aid recruitment.
In short, to establish more direct relationships with all companies related to their business, with different training programs that are made from the ADLE to a convention, towards the realization of work practices and employment of users participating in training programs the ADLE.
