Thus, e mong the months of January and May have been installed in Cartagena 103 new packaging containers, distributed at the Centre, Sector Station, Eixample, Slum San Ginés, Virgen de la Caridad and Barreros.
As for the collection of paper and cardboard, there was a decrease of 1.66 percent over the same period, from 1,046,380 to 1,028,980 kilos, and that given the current situation, have proliferated and has cartoneros decreased both consumption and sale of products.
Blue bins were also installed 45 new since early this year, mainly in Isla Plana, Azohía, Slum San Ginés, Barrio Peral, Galifa, El Portus, Private Mediterranean, Eixample, St. Lucia and St. Anton.
