These and other issues relating to a service so vital to the city such as water, are subject to the XXXI AEAS - Spanish Association of Water Supply and Sanitation, which will be held from 8 to 10 June in the Auditorium and Cartagena Convention, which opened on Wednesday, 8, will be borne by the Mayor Pilar Barreiro.

CARTAGENA: Hydraulic Infrastructure Plan.
Cartagena is marked by difficult water conditions: lack of resources, low rainfall and clear torrential regime for its arid climate, which historically has resulted in the continuous search for sources of supply.
