The Councillor of Tourism of the City of Cartagena in office, Javier Herrero, attended the ceremony for the Q of Quality was held this morning in the hall of the Ministry of Industry at Madrid, chaired by the Minister, Miguel Sebastian .
The council in office has been accompanied by the director of the Coastal Institute, Gabriel Ruiz, to receive quality Q that have been granted to eleven beaches on the coast of Cartagena, Cartagena and which continues to lead the tourist towns of Spain more distinctions of quality.
This badge awarded annually by the Institute for Quality Tourism in Spain certify that the water and sand beaches are clean, and security services, rescue, entertainment, information, cleaning and control bars.
The eleven beaches, which this year will fly the hallmark of quality will be the San Ginés in La Azohía, Cala Cortina, Minor Outlying Islands, Playa Honda, Mar de Cristal, Cala del Pino, Cavanna Beach, Playa del Barco Perdido, Galúa beach, Playa de Levante and Playa de la Gola.
Remember that the 11 Q Quality joined six blue flags awarded to the beaches of our coastline by the European Foundation of Environmental Education, in addition to the Blue Trail distinction awarded to the 10,000-step route between La Manga and Cabo de Palos.
