About 115 residents attended the Aljorra Area on Saturday, May 28, in the Jura Flag ceremony hosted by the Antiaircraft Artillery Regiment No. 73, based on the quartering of Tentegorra.
The ceremony began around 12 pm in the arena of the Civic Center and to the banner of the regiment, led by Colonel Chief Military Commander of the Regiment and de Murcia, Juan Carlos López Roca.
The oath was conducted at the request of the neighborhood association in cooperation with the city of Cartagena.
Among those present were several aldermen of the City of Cartagena, as Nicholas Angel Bernal and Isaiah Camarzana also vowed flag.
And civil and military authorities as the Government Representative, Rafael González Tovar.
Among the audience, some six hundred people, including relatives, friends and neighbors who did not want to miss this tribute to the Armed Forces Day.
After the oath, there was also a tribute to those who gave their lives for Spain, followed by a military parade down the street Gaspar de Portola.
The day ended at 18.00 hours with the lowering of the flag.

The Armed Forces Day was established in 1987 to show the public the work carried hosts, both inside and outside our borders, and encourage the society to participate and meet their armed forces.
