Local police arrested the morning of May 21 the suspect of a robbery at a particular garage in El Algar.
Police officers at the scene at 2:40 am hours, at the confluence of the dangerous streets and Rambla, alerted by a call from a neighbor who had seen a young man running away of that garage.
The officers posted to the scene found a large amount of electrical cable in the front door of the garage and a metal ladder placed next to one of the walls of the enclosure.
Apparently, the individual would have agreed into breaking a lock on the access door and realizing the presence of the neighbor, had fled away.
The officers proceeded to conduct a raid on the nearby streets where they located the individual who matched the description provided by the witness. The prisoner, a young Moroccan, spontaneously said that moments before had been collecting a garage cables for sale later.
