The Local Police were alerted to the 15.45 hours of last Sunday, May 22, through a phone call from a neighbor who watched as an individual was breaking a few pots placed on the sidewalk in a private area belonging to the community owners of the building number six in the street Duque Severiano.
Witnesses said the man tried to park his car next to the pots that marked the pedestrian area of the parking area.
Not easy to park, got the car, grabbed a hammer and began to break the pots, then parking elsewhere and entering the portal above the street Duque Severiano.
The agents arrived on the scene and identified the vehicle owner as a man of 82, a native of Murcia and was also resident in the building which caused the damage.
