The Ministry of Health, Social Affairs and Equal awarded the Silver Cross of the Civil Order of Social Solidarity to firefighters in the Region of Murcia, in recognition of hard work, commitment and professionalism of the staff who participated in the work Rescue from the earthquake that occurred two weeks ago in Lorca.

In the Order, published today in the Official Gazette, highlights the work of the various fire departments in the region, with the support of those from other regions in the device to cope with the effects caused by earthquake.

Thus, the Silver Cross is awarded to the firefighters of Cartagena and Murcia, as well as those who are part of the Consortium for Fire Fighting and Rescue Region of Murcia.
