Fifty students of Social Education at the University of Murcia, next to the teacher of the subject of Social Education, Pedro Luis Moreno Martínez, have been received by the City Council Social Care, Antonio Calderon, and technicians of the Municipal Institute of Social Services, with purpose of visiting some of the most important institutions related to the Protection of Children.
The visit is covered by the regular class schedule of the subject mentioned above and is intended to meet directly some of the historic buildings that had to do with social education and the protective action of children throughout the eighteenth and XIX.
The Municipal Institute of Social Services assists in this activity to provide technical support by a Social Educator of the Technical Support Unit and Legal IMSS, which has acted as a guide during the visit of parts of the building of La Milagrosa.
Also been given a small talk that had focused on socio-stages for which they have been children who were in the House of Mercy in the last decades of the twentieth and early twenty-first.
This reception has evolved into one of the classrooms on the ground floor of the building.
