The XXIII School Theatre Festival, a year organized by the Department of Education of the City of Cartagena, has missed the curtain for a closing ceremony this morning at the Cultural Center Luzzy Ramón Alonso.
About two hundred kindergarten and primary students attended this gala to be reunited with the funny presenters Widget Props and Braulio, the mascot, who have delighted in the smallest room.
The closing ceremony, has been attended by the Councillor for Sustainable Development, Camarzana Isaiah, who has delivered a gift to the participating theater groups for their efforts and dedication.
It has also been fired during theater for smaller players and teachers and trainers, some of whom became characters in fiction as minstrels and damsels in distress during the performances that have enlivened the closing ceremony.
A total of 201 students from 9 schools (7 Infant and Primary schools and 2 special education centers) participated as actors in the XXIII School Theatre Festival, which he attended as an audience more than 3,000 students from 30 schools during seven days that lasted the Show, from 6 to 16 May.
All plays have been staged at Ramón Alonso Luzzy in the morning, and the participating institutions have been the Patronage of the Sacred Heart school Virgen del Carmen, the school José M ª Lapuerta, Félix Rodríguez de la Fuente, Colegio de La Asomada, Canteras Occupational Center, San Isidro and Santa Florentina and EEC Early López.
