The Cartagena Chamber of Commerce, the City of Cartagena and AC Camerfirma have signed a collaboration agreement for the dissemination and promotion of Camerfirma digital certification and electronic invoicing between companies.
Through the agreement the Municipality will confirm the digital certificate that will, among other things, review the status of unpaid invoices, process licensing, bidding work and pay taxes electronically, all through the municipal website.
So far these procedures could be performed online, but through a cumbersome registration system and valid only for the council. The new certification will be offered by digital camera companies and would be valid for other institutions and transactions between the companies themselves .
As explained by the president of the institution cameral, Miguel Martínez Bernal, the reason for the Chamber is to be useful to employers and one of those niche useless today as glass electronic commerce.
à ‰ ste in our country now accounts for 1.5% of total operations, a figure far removed from what it represents in the rest of Europe, between 5 and 6%, so, according to Miguel Martinez there is a wide fork to move forward, which is promoting the Chamber of Cartagena.
Public administrations are tending to electronic format with digital certificates, electronic signatures and electronic invoicing prerequisites for those companies wishing to be suppliers of the Administration.
This is where the House and Camerfirma act, added Martínez, issuing digital certificates, guiding them on how to use digital media and providing them necessary.
Rosario Marquez de Prado, national coordinator of the services offered Camerfirma (a company formed by the various Chambers of Commerce and Spanish to give and provide advanced services, telecommunications, electronic commerce, digital certificates and digital signatures) has said that certification digital and electronic invoicing have become reality and they are very necessary because they are still very driven by government and the laws, they want to give individuals the ability to perform safely and telematics all the paperwork you need, both in field personally and in business, as this saves time and money.
In addition, it helps the environment because it significantly reduces paper consumption.
For his part, Deputy Mayor and Councillor for New Technologies, Agustín Guillén, recalled that the Plenary Session approved a law Municipal e-government and ensured that the agreement is one more step and day by day a growing number of companies working with the media means undoubtedly improve the relationship between manager and managed.
