The Municipal Institute of Social Services City of Cartagena has organized for today, Tuesday 17 May, a trip over to Jumilla, in the program and Healthy Active Tourism.
Over 50 departed this morning, about nine hours, from Zenith Esplanade Mall to visit the Historic Art of Wine City: Vico Theatre, Plaza de Arriba, Palace Council, the Museum, the City Hall, the Arco de San Roque, church of Santiago and the Castle.
The price is 15 euros per person, which includes bus transportation, guided tour and lunch.
The largest program of the City of Cartagena aims to promote active participation of older people, taking their time with creative activities and orderly.
This will develop their personal skills, is encouraged social and cultural exchange, and prevent social isolation and loneliness, promoting their active participation, physical, mental and social.
