More than 4,500 cyclists were quoted yesterday in Cartagena on the feast of the bicycle, Decabike.
Under the slogan We rode together, organizing, collaborating in the city of Cartagena, through the Department of Sports, and the group Via Libre, far exceeded its goal of participation.
