The mayor of Cartagena, Pilar Barreiro, received on Wednesday, May 4 at the Palace Hall the visit of the directors of the Union of Professionals and Self-Employed Workers in Spain (UPTA), led by Lorenzo Peña, chairman of UPTA MURCIA.
The visit, of a protocol to be submitted to the mayor, will take place at 13.00 hours in the office of Mayor of the Town Hall.
The Union of Self-Employed Professionals and Spain (UPTA) is a statewide organization, composed solely of self-employed professionals and enrolled in the Special Regime for Social Security, territorially organized and structured by sectors of economic activity.
UPTA is formed with a strong desire to represent and protect the professional, social and economic conditions independent from the economic aggressiveness of large corporate structures and the lack of adequate social protection.
